You don't have to imagine how a tiled floor will look in your garage, basement or backyard. On InOut Flooring product pages you can rotate your planned floor in 3D — and on your phone, tap "View in your space" to project the actual tile grid onto your real floor through the camera, in true-to-life size. No app to install.

What is the 3D floor preview?

After you enter your space in the Floor Calculator, you don't just get numbers — you get a 3D model of your exact floor: your dimensions, your tile layout, your colours. Drag to rotate it and look at it from a skater's height or from above.

And the AR part?

On mobile, tap "View in your space." Your camera opens, and the tile grid appears on your actual floor — true to size. Walk around it. Check whether the 3 × 3 m dance square really fits between the car and the wall. Show it to the person you share the garage with.

It's the same augmented-reality technology big furniture brands use — but pointed at the question that actually matters before buying flooring: will it fit, and how will it look right here?

Why we built it

Flooring is bought once and looked at daily. Photos of other people's courts help, but nothing beats seeing your floor in your space before you order — with the exact size you typed into the calculator.

How to try it (60 seconds)

  1. On your phone, open the Hard Tiles page.
  2. Scroll to the Floor Calculator and enter your space — or tap a Quick Size.
  3. Tap "View in your space."
  4. Point the camera at your floor — and meet your future dance area.
